ESP is about procurement on private AND social scales, and the streetscape that’s created as a result of this pioneering project is credit to all the residents.

The Perception House enhances and promotes the effect of multiple developments to create a new type of streetscape, filled by new angles, bold material choices, exciting shapes and shadows.

The elevation of the block is exciting and new, without compromising privacy or security, much like the Procurement process it’s inspired by.
