Monique Suksmaningsih - 07840035044  Mixed cost terrace house pattern challenges the monofunctional uniformity of traditional row housing. This pattern is characterized by the smallness of the plots and the intense mixture of different cost categories. Therefore, the principle of the design offers an alternative way of living where the housing plots are arranged to create a meeting space condition. Differentiation of housing types and cost is developed through size and elevations. The elevations are visualized as a wrapping skin which is to maximize ventilation and associated vertically in equal proportion using prefabricated light materials.
