At present Lyndon Capital is closely involved with establishing  and transferring know-how  of robust green technologies for energy, water and building materials for affordable housing among its clients for  economic, social and commercial benefit.

Sustainable community development  of  250 affordable housing  units

Lyndon Capital is developing an affordable housing community in Nairobi. The one, two bedroom houses and 2 bedroom /workspace flat in G+1 houses are powered by solar energy and grey water recycling.  Job creation within the community to recycle waste, attending the green areas and community facilities is part of the self management.
